4-star Florida WR commit Naeshaun Montgomery schedules an official visit to Louisville

After a successful official visit to Alabama last weekend, Florida wanted to get Naeshaun Montgomery back on campus for the Ole Miss game, but instead, On3 has confirmed that he will take an official visit to Louisville.

Along with the Crimson Tide, the Cardinals have been recruiting the Florida four-star wide receiver commit hard in recent weeks. He is ready to give the Cardinals a look.

Nothing has changed, the No. 269 prospect in the On3 Industry Ranking remains committed to the Gators, but he wants to make sure of his decision.

The playmaker from Miami Central is planning to sign in in December and enroll in January at the school he signs with.

Alabama impressed Montgomery

“They’re sitting really high. It really just opened my eyes to see what they have,” Montgomery told On3. “When [Ty Simpson] got in the game, he was really a pocket passer. When there’s pressure coming, he gets out and delivers the ball. That’s who’s going to be there next year. Just seeing what he can do and what the freshman receivers can do when they get the opportunity.

“Got a chance to look at the offense in person and really see them pass the ball around, and get the playmakers the ball,” Montgomery said. “They looked really good, all the way down to the second- and third-string. All four quarterbacks played in the game. I saw the young guys get in the game and score. It was a fun experience.”
