Arkansas lands in-state 4-star DL Danny Beale III
Wynne (Ark.) Cross County four-star defensive lineman Danny Beale III, the top-ranked prospect in Arkansas, has committed to the Razorbacks.
He chose new head coach Ryan Silverfield and the in-state program after decommitting from Oklahoma State in October. He was pledged to the Cowboys since June, but re-opened once head coach Mike Gundy was fired in Stillwater.
Beale is the No. 199 overall prospect and No. 23 DL in the 2026 cycle, according to the Rivals Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all major recruiting media companies. He becomes the top-ranked pledge in Arkansas’ 2026 class.

Missouri was the program trending after he returned to Columbia this fall. He had taken an official visit back in June, too. But after Silverfield was announced as the new skipper in Fayetteville, the in-state program swiped the momentum and has now added Beale to the fold.
