Mizzou PG Ant Robinson meets with media: "We have great pieces to get downhill"
Mizzou point guard Ant Robinson met with media Tuesday ahead of the Tigers’ matchup with Minnesota. Here is the full video of his comments.
When asked how tough matchups against Howard and SEMO have prepared the Tigers
“Yeah, the last opponents we played, I believe they helped us get ready for this next game we’re going to face,” Robinson said. “So the little challenges and the offenses they run definitely help us get ready for this high-major opponent.”
When asked about his mindset on defense
“It’s just what I do, how I create my energy for me and my team,” Robinson said. “So just going out there and being myself and trying to disrupt the offense for the other team is what I do.”
When asked about the length of the Tigers defensively
“We can run a lot of different coverages,” Robinson said. “We’re very long and athletic. We just have to put that to show. So I think this is going to be a good test for us to show what we really can do.”
