UConn Football OL Brady Wayburn set to enter Transfer Portal
UConn Football has taken another Transfer Portal hit ahead of the upcoming offseason, as offensive lineman Brady Wayburn becomes the latest player to announce his plans to leave, sources tell On3.
The 6-foot-5, 300-pound right guard hails from Gastonia, North Carolina and attended Loomis Chaffee School in Connecticut before committing to UConn as a member of the 2022 class.

In his first two years with the program, Wayburn redshirted in 2022 and didn’t appear in a game in 2023. Over the past two seasons, he appeared in 19 games and made nine starts, all of which came at right guard for the Huskies.
According to PFF, Wayburn was ranked the No. 42 overall offensive guard, and the number 12 run blocking tackle, with a run blocking grade of 77.4 on the year.
Wayburn will have one year of eligibility remaining to play elsewhere.
