UConn Football DB Chris Hudson set to enter Transfer Portal
UConn Football has taken another Transfer Portal hit ahead of the upcoming offseason, as defensive back Chris Hudson becomes the latest player to announce his plans to leave.
The 5-foot-10, 175-pound cornerback hails from Windsor, Connecticut and attended the Kingswood-Oxford School before doing a prep year at St. Thomas More. After a prep year, Hudson went on to sign with the Huskies as a member of the 2023 recruiting class.

At the end of his high school recruitment, Hudson was unranked and chose the Huskies over the likes of offers from Army, Brown, Bucknell, Columbia, Dartmouth, Fordham, Monmouth, Navy, and Penn.
The Connecticut native appeared in 22 total games over three seasons with the program, where he finished with 17 total tackles (8 solo) and one fumble recovery.
After redshirting this past season, Hudson will have have two years of eligibility remaining to play elsewhere.
