Hoschton (Georgia) DB Caleb Downs is one of the most sought-after prospects in the 2023 class. Downs, who is labeled by On3 as the 15th-ranked junior in the country, holds over two dozen offers. Unsurprisingly, one of those offers is from Clemson, which dipped into his recruitment on June 1.
