College GameDay coming to town for Clemson-NC State

The Clemson-NC State matchup will have a little extra excitement surrounding it on Saturday. ESPN’s College GameDay is coming to town for the game, it has been announced.

This will be College GameDay’s first trip to Clemson since 2020 when the show was in town as the Tigers hosted Miami.

Saturday’s game between Clemson and NC State is likely to be a top 10 matchup as both teams are undefeated at 4-0.

The Tigers are currently ranked No. 5, while NC State is No. 12. The updated AP Poll will come out later Sunday afternoon.

The College GameDay show will begin at 9 a.m. and will be televised by ESPN. The Clemson-NC State game will kick off at 7:30 Saturday night on ABC.

NC State is looking for its second consecutive win against the Tigers after pulling off the upset last season in Raleigh.

Clemson had won eight consecutive games in the series prior to last season. The Tigers have not lost to NC State at home since 2002.

College GameDay will broadcast from Bowman Field on Saturday. This will be Clemson’s 30th overall appearance on GameDay, including the eighth time the show has taken place at Clemson.

Clemson is 6-1 when hosting College GameDay on campus.
