CLEMSON — Brad Brownell is adding two new assistants to his coaching staff, including one who spent this past season as a Division I head coach.

Clemson is expected to hire UMKC head coach Billy Donlon and Middle Tennessee assistant coach Sean Dixon as assistants, sources told Clemson Sports.

Donlon just completed his third season as the head coach at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. UMKC went 19-12 this past season, finishing third in the Summit League.

Dixon has been at Middle Tennessee since March of 2018. Middle Tennessee went 26-11 (13-5) last season.

Donlon and Dixon will replace Antonio Reynolds-Dean and Kareem Richardson.

Reynolds-Dean left for Georgia earlier this month, while Richardson left for an assistant coaching job at NC State.
