Clemson offers four-star EDGE rusher

Clemson has offered four-star defensive end Colton Vasek. The four-star recruit holds offers from most of the major programs across the country.

At 6-foot-6, 225-pounds, the defensive end is a four-star recruit and ranks No. 28 in the nation at his position in the nation, per the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. On3 ranks him as No. 172 overall recruit and No. 21 EDGE in the 2023 On300 ranking.

“After a wonderful conversation with Coach Swinney, I’m very blessed and EXTREMELY excited to have earned an offer from Clemson University,” he wrote on Twitter on Tuesday night.

The On3 RPM currently has a prediction logged in favor of Texas with a 97.4% chance. The former teammate of Clemson quarterback Cade Klubnik, Vasek is a top-40 recruit in the state of campuswTexaa per the On3 consensus.

The Tigers still have just one commit in the 2023 recruiting class in the form of four-star receiver Nathaniel Joseph.

Four-star QB Christopher Vizzina feels like a priority for Clemson

Birmingham (Alabama) Briarwood Christian School quarterback Christopher Vizzina doesn’t have to ask where he stands with Clemson. The Tigers have two offers extended in the 2023 cycle and they belong to the No. 1 overall prospect in the On3 Consensus rankings Arch Manning and Vizzina.

Manning has since cut Clemson out of his recruitment. That leaves Vizzina as the main target of the Tigers. He spoke about the role the Tigers have in his recruitment.

Clemson freshmen are ‘phenomenal,’ more updates on offensive line

Former Clemson offensive line coach Robbie Caldwell signed numerous talented players during his 40-plus years in coaching.

Current Tigers offensive line coach Thomas Austin believes two of Caldwell’s best signings could end up being the pair of prospects Caldwell signed in the class of 2022.

Freshmen Blake Miller and Collin Sadler have only been on campus a couple of months, but they have already shown that they are worthy of their lofty rankings. They recently chatted about the impact the state of the Clemson offensive line.
