Norvells' Keep Climbing Family Foundation donates 500-plus winter coats to local school
As it does each year, the Keep Climbing Family Foundation donated winter coats to hundreds of students at a Tallahassee elementary school on Monday.
The foundation, which was created by Florida State football coach Mike Norvell and his wife, Maria, conducts numerous charitable efforts each year. One of the largest events is their winter coat drive, and this year’s donation went to Astoria Park Elementary.
More than 500 students received new jackets as part of this year’s effort.
The Norvells and several Florida State players, coaches and staff members took part in Monday’s delivery. Here are photos from Monday’s event:
