Top Recruits Arriving for Florida State Football's Legacy Weekend: LIVE UPDATES
The Florida State football team’s biggest recruiting weekend of the year so far is taking place this weekend, with a slew of top prospects already arriving this morning.
Four-star Alabama LB Joseph Phillips, four-star Texas LB Payton Pierce, four-star DL Kamarion Franklin of Mississippi and his teammate, four-star safety Jarcoby Hopson, are just some of the early arrivals.
Many of the recruits are going to be visiting for multiple days, and they also are expected to meet a slew of former Florida State stars who are coming into town for the weekend. That group includes NFL ‘Noles Jameis Winston, Derwin James, Jalen Ramsey, Cam Akers, Jermaine Johnson and others.
Winston is also throwing out the first pitch tonight before Florida State Baseball’s ACC opener against Pitt.
