This week’s Dawg Walk Talk Podcast hits the ground running with a Georgia football recruiting roundup. There’s a lot to cover.

The Dawgs secured multiple commitments since the last time we recorded. CJ Allen, Peyton Woodring, A.J. Harris and Joshua Miller all announced their pledges to Georgia in June.

Georgia recruiting expert Jake Reuse provides context on their decisions, as well as Arch Manning‘s decision not to come to Georgia.

You don’t want to miss that, because I was surprised to hear what Reuse thinks Georgia will do at the position in 2023 recruiting as a result.

Plus, there was this update on Raylen Wilson:

Other notable topics on this weeks Dawg Walk Talk: the Braves and Aaron Murray

The ESPYs announced Georgia football and the Atlanta Braves are in their nominees for ‘Best Team’ this year.

I opened it up in my Twitter mentions, but Palmer Thombs and Jake Reuse share their takes. Palmer doesn’t even pick the Dawgs or the Braves, so that kind of surprised me. Thombs knows how to throw a mean curveball.

My conversation with former Georgia quarterback Aaron Murray rounds out the episode.

Murray remains dedicated to Athens-area non-profit Extra Special People, Inc.

ESP hosted its third annual golf tournament earlier this week, and I got a few minutes to speak with Aaron after my scramble team tore up the course.

Georgia’s former quarterback provides a future outlook at the position for 2022 and beyond.

He also shared how his work with NFT’s fits into the Classic City Collective landscape. Murray is pumped for the Dawgs’ tight end room as well.
