Kentucky fell to Florida in Gainesville yesterday, 7-0. After a rough first inning, the rest of the cards fell into place in favor of the Gators but the Cats are looking to turn the odds in their favor today for round two. The team, led by Kelsey Nunley and Meagan Prince, are looking to force a game three in their quest to earn a spot in the Women's College World Series for back-to-back seasons. If two potential victories can become reality for the Cats today, the team will be on their way to Oklahoma City and seniors Griffin Joiner and Kara Howard will have the chance to wear the Kentucky name on their jerseys for a while longer. Join these women in their fight for a second shot in the World Series by tuning into ESPN at noon today. Go Cats!
