If Jezzy is paying LeBron, I'm paying Ramon Harris
After Kentucky's 12-point burst in the first half, they got completely derailed offensively. They didn't even bother waiting until Wall and approximately half the team had 2 fouls; they just got sloppy. Lights is blinding, team need blinders; so they can step out of bounds quick, the side lines is blind with casualties.
Coach Cal led his team into the locker room at halftime only down 6 points because the Wildcats kept the defensive intensity up. And, you know, UConn couldn't make any long-distance jump shots.
That half-time adjustment was spectacular. Cousins responded with inspired play. The team actually ran a few half-court sets. We made a few 3's.
Then John Wall decided that, you know, he's in New York. I mean, he's gotta bring his game if Michael Douglas is watching him, right?
Balla got his. 25 points (10-16 FG, 1-1 3FG, 4-4 FT), 2 assists, 6 turnovers, 6 steals. Thanks to the King of New York, Kentucky holds on to beat UConn 64-61
Put your lighters in the air, everybody say yeaaahh!
