Of course, Kentucky started pulling away when UNCA kept forcing turnovers and tried to increase the pace of the game. The Bulldogs had no control of Kentucky in transition, and the Wildcats pulled away easily in the second half.
Kentucky wins against UNCA 94-57. Kentucky is 7-0 and the Tar Heels loom on the horizon. DeMarcus Cousins scores 24 points, John Wall has 12 points and 14 assists, and Mark Krebs attempted a 3-pointer (but missed).
