American Pharoah gets his own Maker's Mark Bottle, Lexington Legends' Jersey

The first Triple Crown winner since 1978 has received plenty of honors, but it's safe to say a personalized bourbon bottle is a little bit better than Kentucky Sportsman of the Year.
Maker's Mark will have a limited release of American Pharoah bottles adorned in the horse's silks. According to the Herald-Leader, the featured bottles will be released on May 1 and cost about $75. There have been a lot of special edition Maker's bottles, but I don't think any will be more coveted than this one.
The dipping process has already begun at the distillery.

That isn't the only pub AP is getting around town. After giving out DeMarcus Cousin bobbleheads last night, the Lexington Legends will be wearing the Triple Crown winner's silks for tonight's game.
