Will Andrew Wiggins forego his junior year of high school and jump up to the class of 2013? Or will he keep his throne as the best player in the 2014 class and dominate high school basketball for another two years? An announcement could be just weeks away. Rob Fulford, head coach at Huntington Prep, told Adam "Ziggy" Zagoria that Wiggins' parents plan to come down from Canada in the next couple weeks to sit down with him and make a decision about his future. “Andrew’s really at this point, he doesn’t want to make any decisions without his parents," Fulford told sNY.tv. "He just has to get in front of his parents and they need to have a conversation to get that process started on exactly what it’s going to be.” With his talent and skills, Wiggins is expected to reclassify and attend college for the 2013-14 college basketball season. He really has nothing to gain by sticking around Huntington Prep for another two years, and Fulford acknowledges that. “Obviously, he doesn’t need another year of high school to be successful,” Fulford said. “He’s already at an elite level.” And an elite level talent should go to an elite level program with an elite coach, elite facilities, elite competition, and an elite fanbase. Like, Kentucky.
