According to multiple reports, Los Angeles Lakers head coach Frank Vogel addressed the media ahead of the contest, stating that Davis will definitely be playing with some "soreness" for Game 6 against the Miami Heat but that he should be good to go once "the adrenaline kicks in." https://twitter.com/taniaganguli/status/1315413082534010880 https://twitter.com/mcten/status/1315413575507345414 Davis has been listed as "probable" ever since he reaggravated a right heel contusion that he initially injured back in the Western Conference Finals. During the first quarter of Game 5 against the Miami Heat, Davis landed awkwardly on the same foot and immediately went to the ground in severe pain. While he ultimately returned in the second quarter and appeared fine, Davis was later spotted moving around with a significant limp throughout the final minutes of regulation. Having Davis in the lineup is undoubtedly good news for the Lakers, even if he isn't at 100 percent. This is a potential Championship-clinching game. L.A. has already elected to announce a rotation change, replacing center Dwight Howard with point guard Alex Caruso in the starting lineup. It's time to get weird with it. Game 6 is set to tipoff at 7:30 p.m. on ABC. If you missed our Game 6 preview post from earlier in the day, you can check that out here.
