If you are like me, you believe every team should have as many Iranian Rice basketball players as humanly possible. And along those lines, today is our lucky day.
Arsalan Kazemi, the star of a Rice basketball team that showed surprising spunk last season, has decided to transfer from Rice for his Senior season. The 6'7" Forward averaged 12 points and 10 rebounds a game last year and is also looking at other "high major" schools for his Senior season. Kazemi's name is one that was linked to UK a couple of times last year (when he last considered transferring) and it will be interesting to see if he becomes the latest wildcard to join what could be next season's Dream Team.
