As the forensic audit fallout continues, a belief around KSR camp was confirmed.
Kathleen Smith, a member of the office of President James Ramsey, authorized the UofL Foundation to pay $300,000 a year "in exchange for a radio show and advertising time." Although the document does not specifically state, "We paid for John Ramsey's spray tan," you can easily connect the dots.
