jamal-murray-nuggets Only three of the 26 Cats in the league were in action yesterday, but Julius Randle and Anthony Davis turned in big performances for their squads. Let's go over that and Jamal Murray's sprained ankle in today's BBNBA Roundup...

Jamal Murray, Denver Nuggets: 6 points (3-8), 3 rebounds, 4 assists, 21 minutes

Murray had 16 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists in the Nuggets' win over the Lakers on Friday, and was having another good game vs. the Lakers last night until he rolled his ankle coming down from a jump shot: Don't worry, he returned later in the game and pulled off this erratic drive:

Julius Randle, Los Angeles Lakers: 16 points (7-13), 4 rebounds, 5 assists, 28 minutes

Randle got the better of Murray on this play:

Anthony Davis, New Orleans Pelicans: 23 points (7-15), 5 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals, 23 minutes

We've already shared some of Anthony's highlights from the Pelicans/Rockets game in China yesterday, but this slam deserves a slo-mo look: Terrance Jones didn't play, but he and Anthony seem to be enjoying the sights in China. Here they are with the rest of the Pelicans on the Great Wall: [caption id="" align="alignnone" width="2048"]@AntDavis23 @AntDavis23[/caption] Is it just me or does Terrance Jones' foot look ridiculously big in that picture? screen-shot-2016-10-10-at-12-16-23-pm You know what they say about big shoes. (Big socks. Gosh, y'all are gross.) Tonight's games:
  • 7:00 PM: Timberwolves (Karl Towns) vs. Hornets (Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Aaron Harrison)
  • 7:30 PM: Cavaliers (DeAndre Liggins) vs. Hawks
  • 7:30 PM: Wizards (John Wall) vs. Knicks
  • 10:30 PM: Maccabi Haifa vs. Kings (DeMarcus Cousins, Skal Labissiere, Willie Cauley-Stein)
  • 10:30 PM: Jazz (Trey Lyles) vs. Clippers
UPDATE -- It appears Calipari will be in the house in either Charlotte or Sacramento tonight:
