freddie-middleton Who is Adrian Middleton? “Adrian Middelton is a trustworthy guy” was the response given by the redshirt sophomore from Bowling Green. The South Warren product will need to be valiantly trustworthy on the game-field after being thrust into a starting role by Regie Meant’s sudden departure. Middleton is yet another fascinating personality. With interests in graphic design and computer animation, Adrian is much more than a football player. https://youtu.be/dTPtuEoogig Middleton’s been in the program for three years and by all accounts, is more technically advanced than the younger group of defensive linemen vying for 2016 playing time. There’s no way of sugarcoating reality; for Kentucky’s defense to be effective, Middleton needs to be trustworthy and then some. Talent has never been questioned. He left South Warren rated as the Commonwealth’s fourth best player, the nation’s 55th best defensive tackle, and with first team all-state honors. As a senior, he racked up 26 tackles for loss and nine QB sacks. All BBN eyes will be on the front seven on September 3. The group’s competence will greatly impact the win/loss column. Kentucky needs Middleton; Middleton is ready for his UK opportunity.
