We can all agree that today's most surprising player was Benny Snell Jr. With Jojo Kemp not 100%, the freshman running back got his first opportunity to show Kentucky fans what he's all about. And boy, did he do just that

The true freshman finished with 137 yards and four touchdowns. Snell averaged eight yards on 17 carries. Snell's four touchdowns tied Jojo Kemp's record for the most rushing touchdowns in one game.

"I was finally glad I got my opportunity, so I just made the most of it. It was amazing. Amazing," Snell said. "As soon as I got my chance, you know I just tried to go as hard as I could."

Boom Williams and Snell were quite the dynamic duo. The two finished with 325 yards on the ground and five touchdowns. Mark Stoops had some high praise for his freshman running back.

"It was really good to get him, some some reps and get him in the game," Stoops said. "You see him keep those legs churning and pushing guys and playing physical. And he plays much more mature than a true freshman and that was really good to see."

I Snell a bight future for No. 26.
