I will freely admit it. Yesterday took a lot out of me. Thanks in large part to the brilliance of Chris Tomlin and Chris Mosley, we put together 14 hours of Bracket Busting Blogging that we are very proud of and that will hopefully lead to better things. So what does that mean for today? Well today is one of the better sports days of the year.....
Daytona 500 and the NBA All Star Game in Vegas.
The Daytona 500 comes at you and gives us the greatest day in American motorsports. Even if you dont like NASCAR, tune in....I guarantee you will enjoy this race. WE got Junior, Stewart, Gordon, Mikey's jet fuel, Mark Martin's early wake-up call, David Gilliland's Tiger Woods connection, DW going nuts, Dale Jarrett getting old....its gonna be great. And in a Nascar race, you can take a nap and come back and still be plugged in....now thats a sport!
And of course we have the
NBA All Star game. Last night's dunk contest was surprisingly good (Dwight Howard was robbed!) and the Barkley-Bavetta race ended with the kiss above. The All Star Game is usually good for some entertainment, and with it being in Vegas, a Carrot Top sighting is virtually assured. Yes, its a full day.....and I may be the only human on Earth excited about both events!
