Bill Clinton was in Rupp Arena earlier today to speak to high school students about sustainability and green living. One of our fine cameramen from cn|2 was in the building and he captured Clinton giving three goggles to the crowd. Some may say Clinton was showing the crowd a nose hair he plucked before taking the stage, but at KSR we make our own facts and I'm saying he did the three goggles. --- First and foremost, where did Nerlens Noel get this mask? And can he wear it during games? --- The news of Mark Lyons transferring out of Xavier is big time for college basketball. Lyons was one of the better guards in the country last season and he'll make an immediate impact wherever he ends up. The early favorite in that sweepstakes is Arizona, thanks to Lyons' relationship with Sean Miller. Miller recruited Lyons to Xavier out of high school in New York and was the head coach for the Musketeers during the point guard's redshirt freshman season. Lyons hasn't scheduled any visits yet, but he said he has received major interest from Arizona, Kentucky, and Kansas since announcing his transfer on Facebook this past weekend. --- 2012 forward Amile Jefferson told The Times-Herald in Pennsylvania that he is working to set a date for his decision now. Jefferson hopes to make and announce his decision by next week. He is considering the Cats, Duke, and NC State. --- After winning the series against top-ranked LSU, Kentucky baseball is back to the No. 1 spot in the Collegiate Baseball poll. The Bat Cats will play at Louisville tomorrow night. --- Arkansas football continued its theme of hiring former Louisville guys by acquiring the services of one John L. Smith. Smith was the head coach of the Cardinals from 1998 to 2002 before former Arkansas coach and motorcycle enthusiast Bobby Petrino held the job. Smith left Louisville for Michigan State and didn't tell his players that he had accepted the new job until halftime of Louisville's bowl game against Marshall. --- Look at this! Jorts with the steal! And he got blocked. --- Daniel Orton committed five personal fouls in just 11 minutes of action for Orlando in the overtime loss to the Jazz over the weekend. After the game, Magic coach Stan Van Gundy threw Orton under the bus, then backed over him, pulled forward, backed over him again, and then took off. “Daniel gave us nothing,” Van Gundy said. “He went for every shot fake, he fouled every time. He didn’t even give us minutes that we needed to give our starters some rest. Our lack of depth was an absolute huge factor. Those guys ran out of gas at the end.” Orton said he completely understands his coach's comments and the harsh criticism was deserved. --- The CATSPYs are tonight. Who ya got??? --- On this morning's radio show, Matt discussed Nerlens Noel's weekend in Lexington, the Blue/White football game, and UK baseball making noise in the bluegrass. Have a listen...
