The transformation of Lynn Bowden happened before our eyes while he was a student-athlete at the University of Kentucky, and before he runs off to the NFL, he wants people to know he is grateful for his university and his college football program.
Bowden called in to Paul Finebaum (or they called him, I presume), to say, "I had to learn patience... I learned that the guys there, the coaches they got there, is the perfect fit because they're building young men from the ground up. Look at me, I came in immature, young-minded, and now I'm a grown man. It's more than football that they teach at the University of Kentucky. They prepare you for life outside of football."
