brandon_knight I hate to interrupt your Marquis Teague rumor mill, but the Cats' 2010 point guard Brandon Knight was named to USA Today's 2010 All-USA team. Knight was joined by Jared Sullinger, Kyrie Irving, Tobias Harris, and the U.S.A. Today Player of the Year, Harrison Barnes.  Doron Lamb and Michael Gilchrist were named All-USA second team. USA Today profiles all five individuals on its first team.  Since we don't care about Kyrie Irving's favorite color or when Jared Sullinger got his first kiss, I'll spare you the misery and just share Brandon Knight's profile with you.  Enjoy....
