Bryan the Intern's Picks to Click

I feel alot of negativity throughout the Cat-world these days, which amazes me because the team is 3-0, which we must forget the team NEVER was just 2 or 3 years ago.  So, let me try and up your spirits and tell you GREAT things may be coming the UK-way.  I was already looking ahead (probably a mistake) to the Alabama clash in 3 weeks.  It occured to me with UK's rise in the polls, and Alabama's quick start, that both teams are likely to be ranked when they meet at Alabama.  That is, of course, assuming UK can beat WKU 2 weeks from now.  Alabama still goes to Arkansas and Georgia before the game, so  my guess is as long as they dont get beat twice, they will be ranked as well.  My whole point is, when the two teams play, it will be a fairly big game.  So, I got to looking at what other big games there were that Saturday, and here is the list: -Florida St-Miami -Missouri-Nebraska -Arizona St.-Cal -Oregon-USC -Ohio St.-Wisconsin My first thought is, UK-Alabama is sure to be the CBS 3:30 game that weekend.  It HAS to be.  My second thought is, if Alabama can somehow beat Georgia, and comes into the game undefeated, why shouldn't the game get serious consideration for ESPN Gameday.  Missouri-Nebraska is gonna be tough to beat, but the guys have already been to USC, basically eliminating them, Miami-Florida St. doesn't hold the same weight as it used to, and Arizona St.-Cal doesn't move the needle.  But, Alabama is moving the needle, especially this year.  One negative: Alabama was already covered by ESPN Gameday, albeit against Clemson at a neutral field.  Just keep it in mind Cats fans, it COULD be two years in a row on ESPN Gameday.  You never know.
