What does this picture have to do with this post?  Well, it's a cat and we cheer for the Cats.  So eat it. For once, I am not the one who came up with the stats below, but I do think they are very interesting.  KSR reader Tony broke down the scoring differences in UK's wins and losses, and what percentage of points are scored by each player.  And what you find is that who scores the points changes drastically between the wins and losses.  Take a look: In 17 wins (1346 points total) Brandon Knight (313 points): 23.2% Terrence Jones (290 points): 21.5% Doron Lamb (224 points): 16.6% Darius Miller (167 points): 12.4% Deandre Liggins (167 points): 12.4% Josh Harrellson (118 points): 8.8% Eloy Vargas (36 points): 2.7% Jon Hood (21 points): 1.6% Jarrod Polson (6 points): 0.4% Stacey Poole (4 points): 0.3% In 6 losses (413 points total) Terrence Jones (114 points): 27.6% Doron Lamb (88 points): 21.3% Brandon Knight (84 points): 20.3% Darius Miller (59 points): 14.3% Deandre Liggins (36 points): 8.7% Josh Harrellson (17 points): 4.1% Eloy Vargas (10 points): 2.4% Jon Hood (5 points): 1.2% So, what does this mean?  Well, to me it means the Cats HAVE TO HAVE BRANDON KNIGHT SCORE.  When he is not scoring, Terrence Jones and Doron Lamb are forced to pick up the slack, which doesn't seem like a bad option, but has proven to be a losing option this season.  Another key has been increased production from Deandre Liggins.  When the Cats are losing, Liggins has been almost non-existent.  When they win, he scores just as much as Darius Miller.  On the other hand, as much grief as Miller has taken as times this season, he actually scores THE SAME AMOUNT in wins or losses.  Miller has been much more consistent than people give him credit for.  But do you agree with me: Are the 2 most "important" players to this teams success Brandon Knight and Deandre Liggins?
