Kentucky has won 60 SEC games since the SEC expanded in 1992.  Of those 60 wins, Vanderbilt has comprised quite a few of them: Vanderbilt: 15 (1996, 97, 98, 99, 01, 02, 04, 05, 06, 07, 09, 10, 14, 16, 17) South Carolina: 11 (1992, 93, 95, 98, 99, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) Mississippi St: 10 (1993, 96, 98, 02, 03, 05, 06, 08, 16, 18) LSU: 6 (1992, 93, 95, 98, 99, 07) Arkansas: 4 (1999, 02, 07, 08) Ole Miss: 3 (1993, 06, 11) Georgia: 3 (1996, 06, 09) Missouri: 3 (2015, 16, 17) Tennessee: 2 (2011, 17) Alabama: 1 (1997) Auburn: 1 (2009) Florida: 1 (2018) Vanderbilt has been 1/8th of all SEC games for UK since 1992 but 1/4th of all of their wins.  Throw in South Carolina and Mississippi State and you get this amazing stat: UK RECORD SINCE 1992 Vanderbilt: 15-11 (57.7% win) South Carolina: 11-16 (40.7% win) Mississippi State: 10-17 (37.0% win) Everybody Else: 24-107 (18.3% win) Getting the best of Vanderbilt on a very consistent basis is the only way that Kentucky stays relevant in the SEC.  They are the only school with less football tradition than us and while we are quickly matching or passing some other SEC schools, or so it seems, continuing our dominance over Vanderbilt is a must.  The best UK coaches have always had Vandy's number and Mark Stoops has done that as well.  Now, with all of these great things possible this year, it would be a bad time to lose that grip. But for the time being, let me just say thank god for Vanderbilt.
