Calipari and UK to Host Haiti Telethon
In news that I couldnt have been happier to hear, John Calipari and UK will partner up with WKYT-TV for a Telethon to raise funds for Haitian Earthquake Relief. It will begin at noon on Sunday and will include Calipari, Joe B Hall, former players, television personalities and the current UK players to the extent they can be involved. Plus there will be other coaches from around the country calling in and special guests throughout. The telethon will be 4 and 1/2 hours long, with the first hour and a half on television. We hope to have more to announce on the subject soon, so stay tuned throughout the weekend.
Great decision by Calipari and UK and another reason I am proud to be Blue.
