Cats down Cards 69-61

[Ed. Note: To coincide with the UK Sports Network's replay of the 2012 Kentucky-Louisville Final Four game, KSR is sharing all of the posts from that night, including the original comments. Enjoy.]  If you're in Louisville this week, you might want to wear a jacket. It gets pretty cold being in UK's shadow. Little Brother put up a good fight, but in the end it wasn't enough to trump the superior talent of the Cats. The most impressive thing about this win was how different it was from the first game in December. Kentucky was outrebounded 37-32 and allowed 16 Louisville offensive rebounds. Terrence Jones and MKG were absent early, but the pieces came together for a great win. MVP goes to Darius Miller who flashed that four and done talent with 13 points just when we needed them. Anthony Davis showed that POY swag with 18 points, 14 rebounds and five blocks. Celebrate big tonight, Cats fans, but keep your eyes on the prize. It all comes down to Monday now. We'll have the post game link and a full recap shortly. Go Cats!
