We hear stories all the time about ridiculous 40-yard dash speeds in college football. Southern Miss RB T'Rod Daniels reportedly ran a 4.27 before he arrived on campus, Boom Williams told reporters he could run a sub-4.3 prior to the NFL Draft, etc.
We know these guys are fast, but how fast are they
really?
According to UK's Performance Science department,
CJ Conrad topped out at 21.7 MPH in his 59-yard reception in the first quarter yesterday.

Jordan Jones reached 21.6 MPH and Charles Moushey made it to 20.8 MPH, as well.
