While you were listening to Mark Krebs and Matt Jones discuss all the hot topics of the day, Coach Cal popped on over to chat a bit with Dan Patrick. As his appearances tend to go with the former SportsCenter anchor, he was open and candid about a lot of subjects, including his Sports Illustrated profile and his team's seeding. Calipari said of the latter, "
I think we played well enough to be better than a four seed", but noted that his team is rounding into shape and playing their best basketball at the right time. It's not Kentucky Sports Radio, but it's still a good listen.
