uk-allstars During a teleconference this morning to discuss his draft entrants, Coach Cal threw out a lofty goal he has for the future of the NBA All-Star game. "Our goal is to say half the NBA All-Stars started with us," Calipari said. Of the 28 names on this past season's All-Star rosters, three were from Kentucky -- DeMarcus Cousins, Anthony Davis and John Wall -- so there is a long way to go before we're anywhere near half. But with stars like Eric Bledsoe and Brandon Knight already racking up votes, and several more joining the league each year, it's not crazy to think we will one day see five, six, seven, maybe eight former Wildcats competing in the All-Star game. Let's set a goal for, say, six years? Kentucky All-Star Takeover 2021.
