Yahoo! has released its All-Conference teams and to the surprise of no one, Kentucky dominates the SEC selections.
Cousins, Patterson, and Wall are first team All-SEC selections, Coach Cal is the Coach of the Year
, and Wall claims the Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year honors.
