JUCO Safety Da'Mare Williams Commits to Kentucky
Kentucky football has landed another commit. JUCO safety Da’Mare Williams has committed to Kentucky, he tells KSR+.
The 6-foot-2, 180-pound safety from Smoky Mountain (Sylva, NC) took an official visit to Kentucky earlier this week, committing on the trip. He’s ranked as the No. 8 safety and the No. 65 overall player in the JUCO Rivals Industry Ranking.

Williams said he plans to enroll at Kentucky in January. He chose Kentucky over offers from Mississippi State, West Virginia, Houston, UCF, and Charlotte, among others.
This comes just two days after Kentucky landed a commitment from JUCO defensive back Braxton Urquhart on Wednesday. Urquhart and Williams visited Kentucky at the same time.
