That is what Devin Booker, the future of the Suns' franchise, has done out in Phoenix. The former Kentucky Wildcat forked over a cool $3.25 million for new digs in Paradise Valley. It's a 5,600-square-foot home equipped with four bedrooms and fancy things like a wine cellar, a chef's kitchen overlooking an outdoor living area, and a swimming pool to beat that desert heat. The realtor says, “It exemplifies the simple, elegant and sophisticated concept the Valley has been craving.” Some photos, via Launch Real Estate: Don't you feel bad for Booker?
