2014 shooting guard Devin Booker has his own blog over at USA Today, where it seems like every high school basketball player has a blog, and he wrote about
potentially playing with Tyler Ulis at the next level in his latest entry. Booker, ranked 30th in the new Rivals150, and Ulis have had the conversation around 10 times, he says, but they're not a package deal.
I've definitely been having some conversations with my boy Tyler Ulis about maybe playing together in college. We've known each other for a long time and we both would love to team-up in college.
He's the kind of point guard that you definitely want to play with because he just finds you in the perfect situations and in the perfect way. It's not a definite package deal, but we've probably talked about playing together around 10 times I'd say. We text back and forth a lot.
We'll see how that goes.
Booker and Ulis will both be in Lexington for the alumni game Monday night, so an 11th conversation is likely to take place while they're in town.
