The Toronto Raptors had an option to keep Casey as the head coach for one more year.  Instead, they gave him a three-year extension worth $18 million, according to Adrian Wojnarowski. Casey, a 1978 National Champion for your Kentucky Wildcats, has been Canada's leading basketball coach for the last five years, improving their win total in each season.  This year was the greatest season in franchise history, reaching their first Conference Final and taking two games away from Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers.
