Ed Davender Indicted. Again.

News broke yesterday that former Kentucky Wildcat and former Stub Hub operator Ed Davender was indicted on charges of taking $4,000 dollars from someone, promising them final four tickets, and then not delivering.  Shocker, I know.  He plead guilty to charges over the summer and was sentenced to eight years in prison with a two year probationary period (that’s how you say that right?) but it looks like they missed some scams as he’s already back in front of the judge.

I hate this for one of our own, but take this as a lesson.  Whatever you do, don’t buy tickets from Ed Davender.

And please let this be the last time we have to write this story.
