Enes works out for the Jazz

by:Thomas Beisner03/02/11
According to Kent Spencer of ABC 36, the Utah Jazz general manager Kevin O'Conner made a stop in Lexington Wednesday to watch Kentucky basketball student assistant Enes Kanter.  Kanter workout showcases again what an odd situation the NCAA has placed the Cats in with their ruling of his ineligibility, but it's likely a scenario that becomes far more frequent in the coming months.  And if the Jazz were to draft Kanter over Jimmer Fredette, who already is subject of a campaign to bring him to Salt Lake City, there would be blood spilled in Utah.  But the NCAA has forced his hand.  No turning back now.
