Expect No Knees To The Face This Year
For those of you who haven’t been following Louisville’s season all that closely this year (myself included,) apparently Junior Forward Jared Swopshire has been out this season due to a groin injury. Well the prognosis apparently got worse, as Pitino announced the Swopshire is ‘probably’ out for the season. Tough news to hear for a pretty mediocre front line.
Old Swopshire was best known as Louisville’s leading returning scorer. Also out will be Mike Marra (with a sprained ankle,) who is to the Insane Clown Posse as Lones Seiber is to Emo Music. Of course, only believe this if you believe Pitino, which means I wouldn’t be surprised to see them both suit up on Friday.
