It's 9:00 a.m., which means the doors to the Nutter Field House are open for the 2016 Kentucky Football Fan Day. Players and coaches will be signing autographs for at least an hour before they prepare for practice. The brand new practice fields will be open to the public from 11:00-12:30. You can get a sneak peek at what the team will look like, and if you're lucky, you might get a look inside of the new Football Training Center.
My favorite moment from last year's fan day:

More to Come From Media Days
There was plenty of coverage on Kentucky Sports Radio yesterday, but we could only share some of the conversations we had on the Commonwealth Stadium turf. Expect to see more from the interviews on the field, and observations from the Cats' practice.
The Olympics Have Officially Started
If you made it all the way to the end to see the torch lit, I bet you're pretty tired right now. The never-ending broadcast was meh, but at least it means we have random sports to watch over the next 17 days.

The home of the graphic novel's creators, Robert Kirkman and Tony Moore, will host a spectacular today for the AMC show that has captivated millions (but not me). Now home to that impressive mural, thousands are expected to fill the streets. As a PSA to all of those in Cynthiana: If you see thousands of zombies, do not worry, they are just nerds in makeup.

My BFF was on GDL
If you've never heard the name Corum Sanford, it's time to get educated. This man's gonna put Leo to shame in a few years. Check it out.
