Selection Sunday is here. After sharing updates from Joe Lunardi and his friends for months, it’s finally time to put an end to Bracketology.

We’ll learn exactly where and who John Calipari’s Kentucky basketball team is playing when the Selection Show airs tonight at 6 pm EST on CBS. Here’s where the Bracketologists believe we will find Kentucky in this year’s field of 68.

ESPN’s Joe Lunardi: No. 7 Seed

Who’s ready for the zephyr? Buried in ESPN’s bracket bunker, Joe Lunardi forecasts a slight slip for the Wildcats, sending Kentucky to Sacramento as a No. 7 seed to face No. 10 seed Boise State. If Kentucky makes a run in this West Region, there are some intriguing matchups down the road with No. 2 UCLA, No. 3 Kansas State, No. 4 Duke and No. 1 Houston.

CBS Sports’ Jerry Palm: No. 7 Seed

Jerry Palm and Joey Brackets are on almost the exact same page. The CBS Sports projected bracket has No. 7 Kentucky facing No. 10 Boise State in Sacramento. This time, a rematch with Gonzaga looms in round No. 2.

Before you get too excited for either West Coast rematch, now is a good time to remind you that the NCAA Selection Committee tries to avoid non-conference rematches in the Round of 32. It must’ve slipped Palm and Lunardi’s minds. Regardless, feel free to digest the projected bracket.

Fox Sports’ Mike DeCourcy: No. 6 Seed

Despite the loss to Vanderbilt, Mike DeCourcy did not knock the Wildcats down a notch. The Leach Report regular still has Kentucky as a No. 6 seed, facing No. 11 USC in the Midwest Regional. There’s another potential rematch with No. 3 Gonzaga in the second round. Also in this projected bracket: No. 2 Marquette, No. 4 Indiana and No. 1 Kansas.

The Sporting News’ Bill Bender: No. 7 Seed

Bender does not create a bracket and match teams up. Instead he simply shares seed lines.

Bracket Matrix: No. 6 Seed

The Bracket Matrix is a number-crunching machine that scans 105 bracket projections to find the ultimate average among forecasters. The Wildcats are the lowest-ranked team on the No. 6 seed line, providing plenty of intrigue before this evening’s Selection Show.

The Athletic’s Brian Bennett: No. 6 Seed

Over at The Athletic, Kentucky is still a No. 6 seed, opening NCAA Tournament play in Des Moines against the winner of a First Four matchup between NC State and Utah State. Rick Pitino and Rick Barnes are an interesting matchup in this hypothetical region. It does not look too daunting if Kentucky could slide by Scott Drew’s Baylor Bears in the Round of 32.

Andy Katz: No. 6 Seed
