A few days after Evan Daniels reported that Florida sophomore forward Chris Walker wasn't expected back next season, we now know why:
this afternoon, Walker declared for the NBA Draft.
A few years ago, this would be huge, huge news for Walker, a former McDonalds All-American, five-star recruit, and projected lottery pick. After two disappointing years at Florida, Walker will have to rely on his size and upside to attract an NBA team. Even then, he has a lot of work to do in the D-League.
