Four UK players lead the Vegas odds to win NCAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player

You’re looking at the current odds in Vegas for the NCAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player. Not surprisingly, Willie Cauley-Stein is currently the favorite to win the award, at 4/1 odds, followed by Karl Towns at 7/1, Trey Lyles at 15/2 and Aaron Harrison at 10/1. Andrew Harrison is close behind, with 12/1 odds.

Vegas clearly knows what’s up, but if Wisconsin or Duke make the Final Four, I have a feeling the award will go to Frank Kaminsky or Jahlil Okafor.
