UK Athletics announced earlier that UK’s brand new Co-Defensive Coordinator Rick Minter will join the crew of ESPN’s First Take tomorrow to preview the AFC championship game between the Steelers and the Jets.  For those of you that recall Minter’s time at Cincinnati, he actually gave both Head Coaches (Mike Tomlin and Rex Ryan,) their first real coaching opportunities at a Division one school – and now they’re playing each other for a birth to the Super Bowl.

There’s no telling if Minter will get a chance to talk about his plans for Kentucky this year or not (though I’d bet he will,) but if you want your first glimpse at the man that will teach Winston Guy how to tackle, tune in tomorrow around 10:50 EST.

And ESPN, if you’re listening, I’m available to talk about the matchup between the Jets and Packers – I went to school with Tim Masthay and John Conner after all.
