HALF: Tennessee 27 Kentucky 26

After a half of mostly ugly basketball, Kentucky trails Tennessee by one, 27-26.

To say the start was slow is an understatement. Kentucky only had 12 points until about five minutes left when Jarred Vanderbilt got a big dunk, Kentucky’s only two-point field goal until that point. That dunk brought some life to the Cats and Rupp Arena, but unfortunately, Tennessee responded each time down the court.

Shoutout to Quade Green for hitting a three less than four minutes in to take care of the streak. He leads Kentucky in scoring with 10 points off a perfect 4-4 from the floor. More of that in the second half, please.
