With the debut of
NBA2K14 only a week away, images and footage from the game are starting to make their way online. And that means Kentucky fans finally get a sneak peek at Nerlens Noel in all his pixelated glory.
It looks like they nailed the big fella’s long-and-lanky frame and signature ‘do. And earlier this month it was
revealed that his initial player rating will be 72, which isn’t terrible considering fellow rookies Anthony Bennett and Victor Oladipo both come out of the gates at 76, Otto Porter at 74, and Cody Zeller at 68 (and don’t think I didn’t notice your 67, Peyton Siva).
While I have to admit Nerlens looks pretty good in a Sixers jersey, my first order of business once I get my copy of the game will be shipping him back to New Orleans so he can run with Anthony Davis and Darius Miller. Because, seriously, how cool would that have been?
